This position has the day to day operations and customer communications of course but I’m actually has more to do with my level of respect and guidance for my team and building a work environment that makes them want to come to work and perform with excellence. Our cooperative, respectful environment translates to customers and in their overall experience.

Had a 15.9 percent increase in 2023’ and again improved parts and total gross profit margins by 8% in two years to date.

• Negotiated contracts with clients, securing favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
• Built relationships with customers and community to establish long-term business growth.
• Won the coveted Presidents Award for our District while in this position and set Major Accounts increases and in adding new partnering accounts.

This business is open 7 days a week and this position is overseeing everything from the customer service and staffing to managing the Service Manager and Parts management and inventories and goals for sales and expense controls and site management.

While in this position led the District in sales and won the Sandlers sales award for the Triad personally.
