- Riverview Holdings owns 4 hotels as well as the storage unit facility. Not only did I run the office at the storage units, but I was also responsible for the accounts for all of the hotels. Duties in this role included: organizing bills and sending over to the accountants for payment, signing checks and mailing out to vendors, maintaining spreadsheets for all of the company credit cards and ensuring payments each month, communication with hotel managers and vendors, maintaining monthly spreadsheets on every dollar spent with the company and keeping everything filed and orderly.
