- Assist with the daily our the sign production facility. This role supports fabricators, installer, and designers by preparing materials, assembling signs, maintaining shop cleanliness, and ensuring the smooth flow of production.
- Assist with fabrication and assembly of signs (vinyl, channel letters, dimensional signs, etc.)
- Operate basic shop tools (saws, drills, sanders etc) and efficiently load and unload materials and products for production and delivery.
- Assist fabricators with preparing signs and hardware for field installation.
- Maintain a clean and organized shop workspace.
- Perform general labor tasks such as sanding, painting and cleaning and packaging.
- Follow safety procedures and report hazards or issues.
- Help manage inventory by organizing materials and reporting shortages.
- Support other department as needed (graphic department, installation crew).
