when i started at united rentals a year ago we had 160 pieces of equipment that was down and not available to rent and in 6months i had it down to 20 pieces down bringing our OEC average equipment available from 26 percent to 2.3.
Became the go to guy in the shop for emergency repairs to get a equipment ready to be on rent to a customer on time.
