• Support the Credit Administration function of the Bank by analyzing financial information for new commercial and small business credit requests, renewals, modifications and annual reviews for underwriting.
• Assists lenders with the creation of credit packages.
• Assists the Chief Credit Officer with the presentation of credits for decision by members of the Bank’s Loan Committee.
• Commercial & Residential Property Evaluations engagement & review; new loans and renewals.

• Residential Appraisal engagement, review and evaluations.
• Review of all residential appraisals; internal and external.
• Internal Residential Real Estate Evaluator; assess value based on comps available and LTV.
• Commercial evaluations engagement and review; external & internal.

• Analysis, investigation, and spreading of corporate and personal financial reports for loan packages up to 15 million dollars, preparing a global cash flow of those financial reports, and notating trends & observations for underwriting.
• Annual Review of clients with loan exposure under 3 million dollars, maintaining client files to ensure compliance with internal bank policies.

• Verification, preparing, and keying of small business loans for underwriting.
• Automatic system approvals and declines verification/underwriting.
• Review of loan packages, financials and supporting documentation for loans above 1 million dollars.
