As a game day ambassador my job is to:

• Approached strangers and interacted in natural conversation with goal of developing brand loyalty.
• Established and maintained positive relationships with customers.
• Engaged, educated, and befriended customers to deliver amazing shopping experience.
• Help setup before each game, putting seat covers on certain seats, and making sure are station is set up before fans arrive.

• Greeted incoming visitors and guests, answered questions, and directed individuals to current locations.
• Helped set up athletic events, and recorded stats for Mens and Women's basketball.
• Unlock the Wildcat den in mornings recording numbers of everyone in the building every hour.
• Closing the den at night and making sure everything is locked up.
• Keeping track of equipment and making sure everything is working properly in the building.
