Working at Food Lion has taught me how to improve the way I communicate with others. I have learned that it matters the approach I decide to use when delivering a message to someone. In customer service I have learned that it is important the way I decide to respond to someones actions or words. It has taught me to be more open minded to the unexpected. I think before I would stress when we were short staffed, with time I was able to learn and understand that sometimes that can't be avoided, now I have learned how to communicate with the rest of my coworkers and how we can work together to be able to succeed.
