I am a former college lacrosse player who studied Exercise and Sport Science. I have a Bachelor's degree of Science in Exercise and Sports Science and a minor in Biology.
I have been into fitness for around six years where I have tried everything from powerlifting to crossfitt. Over the years, I have had to work around a few injuries sustained from lacrosse. I was able to continue to improve myself and also rehab my injures on my own.
I believe that my strong work ethic and knowledge of the body and how it moves would make me a great fit. I also would be able to easily adapt a safe plan for anyone with prior or current injuries.
