Results-oriented achiever with proven ability to exceed targets and drive success in the acute environment. Combines strategic thinking with hands-on experience to deliver impactful solutions and enhance organizational performance.
I have been in the PSTS role for the past six years. Throughout this time, I have had the privilege of being responsible for transitioning patients out of the acute setting, managing assets, and providing education, all while focusing on increasing transition growth.
I have consistently sought opportunities to assist beyond my specified duties in the acute setting, and to take on greater responsibilities within our team. This proactive approach has allowed me to become a trusted resource for WOCNs, APPs, and surgeons at our hospitals for VAC and VF consultations at the bedside and VF placements in the OR setting.
