Employee in Action Award

This recognition is set aside for employees who 'perform above and beyond expectations and achieve outstanding results for Faith Regional Health Services'.  I was awarded this predominantly for bridging a gap between the hospital and a facility that had been there years prior to my involvement, resulting in them refusing to give our hospital referrals.  By exceeding expectations of the facility, they took the initiative to reach out to the hospital director regarding my performance and overall character, which ultimately ended up mending that relationship and once again acquiring referrals from that facility.
