My career path has given me the opportunity to learn and grow in different aspects within the heavy equipment industry. From being a service tech to sales to product support, I have experienced every side of the industry, both from the end-user perspective and the dealer perspective, and strive to provide every customer with an excellent experience.
I've had the privilege to work alongside some great co-workers and work for some wonderful bosses, those relationships would prove vital for my professional growth. Each individual role has given me the opportunity to grow as a technician, a co-worker, in knowledge of product support/ sales, being a liaison between the customer and dealer, as a leader and an employee.
• Provide product support on heavy equipment for existing customers within territory. Customer base includes: rock quarries, clearing/ grading contractors, landfill operations, mobile crushing & screening contractors, and rental dealerships.
• Inspect machines, quote service repairs to be done either in the field or shop.
• Generate product support revenue by selling parts and service.
