Accomplishments

Managed to secure a position as President of an athletic team of over 70 members and lead a small team of 5 that helped with the management process. Organized events in my university as well as traveled to others even across state borders. Dealt with member issues daily and learned how to lead through by example and willpower as well as a drive to improve the experience for all members. Managed a 25 person n group split in to two teams to fly to Phoenix, Arizona for a competition, managed the hotel, flights, and registration on top of the leading the team in and out of game. Learned life-changing leadership skills and social skills while improving on my ability to manage people and keep the culture of the group alive and well on as well as continue the ethics and morals of the past Presidents pf the group.
