Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Enters, maintains, and updates all property listings for the Outer Banks Board of Realtors; uploads scanned listing photos when assistance is needed.
Answering incoming calls, speaking to customers and telephone callers in a professional manner, and directing calls to appropriate personnel.
Reads emails from the general sales mailbox and responds or forwards them as appropriate.
Maintains property listing inventory and forms. Review new listing, under contract, and sold paperwork for errors or omissions. Maintain spreadsheets as needed after reviewing paperwork
Maintains and conducts routine research for property covenants.
Processes the sales contract including the depositing of the escrow deposit; maintains the escrow deposit and disbursement journal. Maintains closing board.
Provides general assistance to sales agents as required.
Maintains sales department files and records.
Maintains and updates brochure rack and internal listing board.
Preparing commission distribution forms for Nags Head, Corolla, Columbia and Ocracoke agents.
Assists all agents within the company with marketing needs as they arise.
Updates listing board in lobby as well as slideshow as new listings come in, expire, or are sold
Orders office supplies for the all departments and maintaining equipment as needed.
Assists other departments as needed.
