  • Responsibilities
  • Operator is responsible for the daily operation of the Rapid Pack machines for the Hot Dog Department. 1. At all times, operate in a manner consistent with safe operating procedures.2. Responsible for the safe and adequate packaging of the product in accordance with Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).3. Document any operational change during production and anything out of the ordinary, in the comment section of CIM.4. Maintain Rapid Pack sealer in a clean and functional manner5.
