  • Collaborated with other EOC Math instructors to improve students Algebra 1 and Geometry EOC scores by analyzing data from weekly formative and summative assessments to drive differentiated instruction which resulted in a 64% pass rate with support learners (73% in my classes) and an average of 78% pass rate for both on-level and honors level students (92% in my classes) up over 15% from the previous year in Geometry and Algebra 1.
  • Created and managed “Math Madness” a school wide EOC class competition to engage Algebra 1 and Geometry students in mastering state standards which resulted in a 100% pass rate for myself and a steady increase of 20-50% when compared to previous years scores over three years for the entire EOC team.
