I communicate these with my team during team meetings and by updating the patient experience board. Each month I also send out a monthly newsletter. The newsletter keeps the Team up to date of up coming events. Each month I plan something fun for the team to help keep moral up and to encourage our team.

I worked as a floater. I worked the check in and check out desk. Assisted in scheduling surgeries and coding them for insurance.
