Novant Health

As I work at NPMA I am also the patient experience innovator.

I attend quarterly meetings with the Patient Experience team.

I am able to monitor our office scores and comments.

I communicate these with my team during team meetings and by updating the patient experience board. Each month I also send out a monthly newsletter. The newsletter keeps the Team up to date of up coming events. Each month I plan something fun for the team to help keep moral up and to encourage our team.
