  • Dear Hiring Manager
  • I was excited to see the opening for a Senior Office Administrator within the Facilities Services Department, as I am currently seeking to return to a position that allows me to support teams through strong administrative leadership. With a solid background in office operations, team support, and event coordination, I believe my skills align well with the responsibilities outlined for this opportunity.
  • Over the past three years, I have served as a Project Administrative Specialist at RTI International, where I provided critical support across multiple research studies. This included coordinating meetings, maintaining study documentation, and collaborating with both internal staff and external clinical sites - including principal investigators and patient representatives. I also gained experience with data collection systems such as REDCap and assisted with event planning for clinical teams.
  • Prior to RTI, I was the Office Manager for Greystone Affordable Housing (now Harmony Housing Affordable Development), where I managed daily operations, supported cross-functional teams, developed standard operating procedures, acted as a liaison with the corporate office, completed onboarding for new staff, and maintained key vendor relationships. One notable aspect of this position included supporting the business development team with managing all trade conference details as well as planning and executing ribbon-cutting events following community housing rehabilitation projects.
  • Earlier in my career, I served as Office Manager for a small nonprofit, Community Music School, where I worked closely with the Executive Director to manage communication with over sixty families, organized scheduling for student music lessons, processed payments, and provided administrative support for donor engagement.
  • Across all these roles, I have demonstrated the ability to handle a diverse set of responsibilities while maintaining strong relationships with staff, clients, and external partners. I am proactive, organized, and passionate about creating efficient, welcoming office environments that help teams thrive.
  • I would welcome the opportunity to learn more about this role within the SAS Cary headquarters location and how I could contribute to your continued success. Thank you for your time and consideration.
  • Sincerely
  • Stephanie Hirschy
