As an unblinded research coordinator, I am responsible for:

• Randomizing the patients
• Receiving the specimen and preparing it
• Assisting in the procedure room with the provider the day of the injection
• Practicing the regulatory requirements and protocols to uphold the ethical standards of the clinical trial
• Providing proper documentation for subjects in the clinical trail

• Administered patient care and support in fast-paced clinical environment- I have worked in family/internal medicine, cancer/infusion services, pain medicine/management, and physical medicine and rehab
• Assisted healthcare providers with examinations, procedures (pap smears, biopsy's, medial branch blocks, ablations, epidural steroid injections, joint injections), and patient education- Medication education, discharge instructions, treatment guidelines (directed by Provider)
• Managed electronic health records to ensure accuracy and confidentiality of patient information- Epic and Athena
• Conducted vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, oxygen saturation, height, and weight, respirations) assessments and documented findings for physician review
• Performed other clinc tasks such as intramuscular injections, subcutaneous injections, transdermal injections, EKGs, blood draws, hearing and vision tests, setting up sterile field for procedures, sanitizing exam rooms, stocking exam rooms

• Administered medications as prescribed, maintaining records for proper documentation
• Monitoring vital signs daily/weekly
• Provided emotional support and companionship, improving client well-being and quality of life (I have worked with cancer clients, hospice clients, diabetic clients, alzheimer/dementia clients, vascular clients)
• Helped patients maintain personal hygiene through bathing, grooming, and toileting assistance when needed
• Performed light housekeeping duties including laundry linen changes sweeping vacuuming and mopping ensuring a clean and organized living space for clients.
• Provided transportation to and from appointments.
• Cooking meals upon request that would follow the clients dietary needs

• Executed sales transactions accurately, ensuring efficient processing of customer purchases.
• Assisted in inventory management, optimizing stock levels and product availability.
• Trained new associates on operational procedures and customer engagement techniques.
• Organized racks and shelves to maintain store visual appeal, engage customers, and promote specific merchandise.
• Managed returns, exchanges and refunds in accordance with store policy.
