Load and unload the truck that is either to be taken to post offices or to deliver or collect all mail that carriers have picked up or that customers have dropped off at their local post office.. Made sure that all loads are safely loaded and properly strapped. Drives Semi truck as needed. Covered drivers that may be scheduled off or call out. Administer observations, whether they are for pre-trip, post-trip, unloading, or loading. Performed follow-alongs of the drives to ensure that they are maneuvering safely and doing everything according to Ryder policies, as well as USPS policies and procedures. Assist management with any other duties needed such as moving trucks to the shop for maintenance, problem solving anything that may be going on at a post office and all that they may need in a timely manner.

I drove a tractor-trailer over the road from state to state, delivering products and picking up products. Delivered the products in a timely manner. Maintained logs under NCDOT regulations, and adhered to all policies and procedures according to Schneider.

Duties included mediating with at-risk students, implementing a safe place for students while they displayed heightened negative behavior, and redirecting them into positive behavior. Worked with law enforcement, group homes, and outreach agencies in a timely manner. Met with administration to resolve and come up with a plan for proper placement for the students who were at risk due to their behaviors. Met with teachers to instruct them on methods that would help the students in difficult situations, and also informed parents of their students' behaviors and outcomes.

Drove box truck for the USPS part time delivering bulk mail to post offices. Made sure that all mail was picked up and delivered in a timely manner. Loaded and unloaded trucks in a safe manner. Trained new drivers that came along that would cover my route If I were to be out.

Operated a bus for the city of Fayetteville transit center. Duties included transporting passengers from one stop to another in a timely manner. I drove city bus part time as an intermittent driver in the evening after school.

To help students improve their behavior and social interactions while maintaining their academics. Maintained order and discipline in a classroom setting, as well as monitored the safety and well-being of students. Targeted students' behavior incidents to give them the redirection needed to be successful. Most importantly, I was to teach them control and adequate decision-making skills in an intense situation. Held group sessions to resolve issues amongst each other, as well as ensuring that once they left me, their grades were up and the students knew how to problem-solve in a positive way versus a negative one.

Duties included, but were not limited to: meeting with parents to complete student registration intake, along with student withdrawals. Gather pertinent information in order to enroll a student. Worked closely with principals, assistant principals, student assignments, the Department of Social Services, private counseling agents, the school attorney, and the paralegal regarding custody issues and child placement. Controlled Powerschool Homebase system that houses all staff and student information. Maintained staff information, gradebook, student and parent information, making sure all information was accurate upon entrance. Provided coverage for the front desk personnel needed by answering phones, checking students in and out.
