• Responsible for promoting excellent care and FKC Core Values thought the management of staff and operation for a 49-station outpatient hemodialysis facility, and the direct supervision of 35-40 employees.
• Responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, quality patient care as defined by FMS quality goal, and for quality of water used for hemodialysis.
• Accountable for facility compliance with company policies/procedures and investigation of adverse events and action thresholds through QAI process.
• Responsible for maintaining relationships with the Medical Director, Physicians/Extenders, outside contractors/vendors and healthcare providers, as well as acting as a resource for patient/family concerns and questions.

• Supervision of 23 direct patient care employees and 170+ patients. Responsible fo daily staff work and patient treatments. In charge of Anemia Management, staff schedules, access flow testing and follow-up of interventions, quarterly fire and disaster drills, maintaining updated patient problem lists, hospitalization review, co-morbid reviews and updates as indicated.

• Duties included bedside care of patients with renal disease, diabetes and general medical patients.
• Provided life skills education for patients with diabetes and renal disease. Responsible for telemetry monitoring, peritoneal dialysis performance and patient education, diabetic monitoring and patient education, and discharge planning.
