I have been an active real estate agent since 2003. I have extensive experience in working with sellers throughout the Triad to prepare their homes for an aggressive market, so they are leveraged to sell very quickly and for top dollar. I also enjoy working with first time homebuyers, empty nesters, move-up buyers, investors, and relocation clients. I am partial to historic properties and love the excitement of working with buyers who want to build their dream houses. Move up buyers who are also sellers can pose a challenging circumstance needing creative navigation, and I am experienced helping these clients with their options as well. I am very familiar with all the different neighborhoods in Greensboro. Foreclosures and short sales are tedious and sometimes time consuming but can pay off in the long run if you work through the process. The bulk of my business comes from past clients, referrals from family, friends and referrals from other people who service real estate who have watched me work and trust me to take care of them!
