The path of my career has taken me through many avenues over the last 39 years. My journey has taught me how to be a follower and a leader. My most rewarding path has been to mentor people into their full potential. Experience, education, motivation, and communication skills are the foundation of my career. Today, I stand as a leader promoting staff support and team building to increase motivation, with purpose to complete the organization's mission. My leadership ability to recruit and manage employees, fosters commitment and compliance to achieve organizational goals. My ability to be an active listener promotes effective communication and continued dialogue as a leader and co-worker. These qualities portray a desire to help the members of the organization, develop commitment, and promote a harmonious workplace that grows potential. To be an effective leader, starts with a desire to serve that develops into a conscious choice to lead. My career path has shown me that being a leader is not just a title, it is a process. My leadership style provides inspiration and encouragement to employees. It is important for me to be an example that grows confidence and connection to all involved. My goal is to be the leader that exemplifies a successful workplace, by being a leader that does not force the vision for growth but involve employees in the process for growth.
