  • Staff engagement, our hospital is too small for a Unit Based Council format, so we utilized our clinical ladder program to help structure all the innovative ideas our team collaborates on
  • HCAHPS, our ED team has some of best the scores in the CFVH system
  • Charge capture, Hoke ED meets 94-96% of EPIC charge capture with EMR chart documentation
  • Accurate staffing FTE productivity, educating and engaging the charge nurses with department finances on a regular basis… helping to grow our next CFVHS leaders
