Field Technicians adapt to a variety of work environments and quickly solve problems. Our main responsibility is to provide excellent customer service while maintaining equipment, job duties include:

• Installing or upgrading various types of Spectrum equipment
• Configuring hardware and software components after installation
• Performing routine maintenance on technology equipment
• Testing equipment to troubleshoot the issues
• Documenting installation and repairs
• Maintaining all tools and equipment used during service calls
• Teaching customers how to use the equipment properly
• Managing the stock of replacement parts and equipment

• Create headshots, scoreboards, starting lineups, marketing material, sponsored assets, and social media material.
• Working game days includes but is not limited to operating as technical director, replay operator and/or broadcast camera operator.
• Help with other game and graphic design assets as assigned.
