- Chik-Fil-A $1.5m Restaurant built within a retail space at HPU in the panthers commons building I managed the entire project from start to finish including all walls, doors, finishes, kitchen equipment, MEPs, exhaust hoods, walk in cooler and freezer. Managed all inspections with city, state and health inspector.
- 4TH street apartments $28M Managed all interior aspects including 224 apartments, corridors, elevators and amenities, as well as, scheduling and subcontractors, including MEPs, wood framing, insulation, drywall, concrete, gypsum concrete, flooring, etc. Managed underground utilities and installation of pool. I also managed the installation of vapor intrusion mitigation system including all inspections. Lastly, I managed all inspections, third party, city and state, and the punch and warranty for the entire project.
- UPS Distribution $110M Managed all exterior concrete and asphalt paving including fine grading third party inspections and testing. I managed the city inspections for all aspects of the main building and 7 ancillary buildings including gas detection system, automotive fluid distribution systems, office spaces, restrooms, BAS system and Fire suppression/ alarms systems and oil water separator system. Lastly, managed punch and warranty for entire project.
- UPS Distribution Expansion $24M Lead superintendent overseeing all aspects of this design build project including removal of 9 existing tilt wall panels and the safety and coordination for their safe removal. Utilized multiple construction methods including slab before steel for one building and steel before slab in the other in order to achieve a tight schedule to have the owners up and operational before their peak season.
