  • Manager for Sealed Air’s Strategic Deal Management team developing business strategies for all Food Packaging customers, including national and regional accounts.
  • Develop customer’s food packaging material contract deals, from $196M national accounts down to <$1M regional accounts. I lead the process from end to end, working closely with sales, marketing, finance and legal teams to meet both customer and company objectives.
  • Train and manage Senior Pricing Analysts enabling them to lead the strategic deal process while ensuring that the company’s strategic goals are being met.
  • Built a robust customer contract process allowing all stakeholders, including leadership, to easily review and understand all contract negotiation flows, from the easiest to the most complex customer deals.
