I played a key role in building Thermo Fisher’s global Network Operations Center (NOC) from the ground up—helping to hire talent, develop operational playbooks, and establish a high-performing team. Leveraging my background as both a people leader and an engineer, I also led the successful integration of a $40 billion acquisition into our existing environment, aligning people, technologies, and leadership practices.
Currently, I lead a team of seven, overseeing individual projects as well as high-impact, complex issues with visibility across the organization.
