Through MY role as an EMS Cadet, I have developed practical experience in essential skills like CPR, intubation, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring. I have also published a research article, highlighting my dedication to scientific research and advancing the medical field. Passionate about furthering my expertise in healthcare and science.

• Second highest-ranking student leader who supports the oversights of the program.
• Created and coordinated activities and meetings while also conducting and running meetings.
• Supported younger scouts by teaching different skill sets needed to progress. Also helped other scouts experience the core values and mental skills needed in daily life regardless of age.

Students Aspiring in Medicine Club Founder and President 08/2024 - Current

• Founded a club that aims to help individuals aspiring in medicine experience different aspects of the healthcare field.
• The club is in demand as it has a group of 80+ attendees in a school population of 530.
• Brought in many different healthcare professionals who give presentations to the students.
• I lead presentations on different subjects and run the club alongside vice presidents.

Science Olympiad Coach 09/2021 - 02/2022

• Coached two teams for the Flight event who I met with every week on the creation and testing of their flights.
• Junior Varsity placed third in the regional competition, and Varsity placed second in the regional competition. Varsity placed 30th in the state competition due to an unpredictable last-minute malfunction of the glider.

Science Olympiad 09/2020 - Current

• Competed in events including topics such as Meteorology, Forensics, Topographical Map Knowledge, Air Trajectory/Aerodynamics (in regards to gliders/places), and Physics/Elasticity.
• Prepared daily for events so that I could make progress in competing on a state/national level.

Boy Scouts - Life Scout (Future Eagle Scout) 09/2021 - Present

• Helped me to realize the real-world applications of scientific data in nature and society.
• Volunteered in Food banks, cleaning the church, participating in community events (ex. Wreaths across America).
• Accumulated 100+ hours of volunteering.

Taekwondo - 2nd Degree Black Belt 04/2018 - 02/2024

• Achieved awards including best sparring, best form, best board breaking.
• Helped to lead stretches and different exercises as a high ranking student.
• Learned to incorporate discipline, determination, and many other core values into daily life.

Sunrise Senior Living Volunteer 06/2024 - Current

• Assisted the center with the residents' daily needs, game events, transportation, arrganing certain spaces for the residents' usage (ex. Dining Hall + Library section for events).
• Supported the needs of individuals with Alzheimer's disease and Dementia.
• Accumulated 40+ hours of volunteering.

Tobacco Trail Marathon Volunteer 03/2024

• Assisted many runners in obtaining gear needed to run the race (ex. Number tags and socks).
• Conducted water stations throughout several checkpoints in the race.
• Accumulated 15 hours from the experience.

North Carolina Natural Science Museum Volunteer 02/2024

• Worked to help introduce individuals to the Musuem through graphics.
• Lead individuals through the activities laid out in the event.
• Accumulated 3 hours from the experience.

• Volunteered at Food Banks, Marathons, events requiring assistance with helping individuals with special needs, religious events, Trash Clean-up events, along with the elderly, and homeless individuals, and tutoring young children.
