- I took the job at ELG as lead man over torch to help start a brand new torch operation. I designed the torch tables, torch booths, and ordered all gas (oxygen, propylene). Once we were set up I was sent to Hartford CT three occasions to help train them on how to get their torch operation up and going like ours and train their existing torch operators to be able to cut without slag to meet customer requirements.
