Register patient by obtaining and entering accurate demographic information at designated workstation.
Obtain insurance and photo identification card copies
Assign insurance plans accurately
Scan appropriate order into the correct patient’s account
Update demographic information as needed
Obtain signatures on documents needed to complete the registration process.
Assist patients during the checkout & Pre-registration process by calculating and collecting a payment information and posting payments accordingly
