As a furnace operator I work making samples for the company. I create spreadsheets in order to make sure the furnace and supply’s are properly functioning/maintained. I work along side the lead manager to insure the production is up to standards.

• Enhanced furnace efficiency by conducting regular inspections and preventative maintenance.

Working as an office assistant I assisted with filing, creating excel spreadsheets and word documents. I made sure all the billing and customer information was correct. I emailed and called customers to ensure that their orders were correct and that they were satisfied with their order.

• Reviewed files, records and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.
• Maintained confidentiality in handling sensitive information while performing administrative tasks.
• Input data into spreadsheets and databases.

As an assistant operator my job was to ensure the machine is running properly. I assisted in placed appropriate print plates, setting the cutting blades, check the ink for PH levels and viscosity. I assisted in measuring incoming corrugated board to ensure proper size, and measuring. Once the boxes have been made, my function is to ensure that all printing is accurate.
