Change out motors and belts on the smoke house generators. Insure that all the smoke houses ovens are working properly that includes making sure the computer is working and doors are closing

• Monitor and making necessary adjustments to the machines
• Responsibilities include making the proper adjustments to ensure product quality and efficient operation
• Drying of lumber using technical processes as required as well as operations of boilers and complete required forms; and other duties assigned
• Controls (starts/ stops) and monitors drying cycle
• Wood moisture determination with manual measuring device
• Monitors drying quality (wood moisture, defects)
• Opens and closes gates of kilns
• Operates and controls boiler
• Communication with production planning, production manager and supervisor
• Maintenance of measuring devices
• Learning and understanding of Binderholz rules for lumber
• Follow safety and work procedures

• Ensure that all homes meet sales orders, prints, specifications, and building codes, while ensuring a high quality standard in a timely manner
• In-depth knowledge of residential construction techniques including framing, masonry and drywall
• Detail-oriented team player who has contributed to over 20 distinct projects
• Practice safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible while observing all relevant OSHA regulations
• Work in a team environment to produce products that conform to our quality standards while achieving our productivity objectives
• Serve as a good steward of company's physical assets, protecting them from damage and misuse, reporting all needed maintenance, keeping your assigned area clean, and orderly
• Assist Team Leader and Area Coordinator to plan and organize the manufacturing activities in your area by communicating anticipated material shortages, identifying required tool maintenance, and communicating any quality and productivity issues
• Meet all attendance requirements, available for start of shift at required time, following the attendance rules and regulations of the division

• Work in a production area processing poultry products
• Requires working with live poultry, raw and/or cooked product
• Typical assignments may include live hang, debone, cut up, evisceration, marination, stack off, Multivac, overwrap and/or sanitation

• Lumber from raw logs, sort the logs into different sizes and kinds of wood
• In the lumber mill I had to saw and cut the logs into various widths and lengths
• Also prepare rough lumber for industrial use prepare lumber for dispatch to planing or plywood mills
