I am going to tell you because I am a fast learner & whatever job I am given, if I am taught & trained how to complete a task, I will complete it to the best of my ability. I am not perfect & I can't say that I have never made a mistake, but I will take my job seriously. I will do everything I can to make sure my job position is treated with the utmost respect. There is no reason or excuse to be lazy & complete my job halfway. Also, when it comes to customer service & working with others (so basically my communication skills), I do not bring drama into my workspace & even if the customer or co-worker is rude, my job is important enough to me for me to handle any escalated situation with care. There are always ways to address a situation without fighting or creating a negative workspace. I can say that when I am working, I like to keep to myself so I seriously doubt that there would ever be an issue with another co-worker. If there is, my options for handling the situation without it escalating is seeing what is wrong with my co-worker & asking how can we fix the situation, or going to the manager or boss on duty & seeing if we can come up with a solution to keep everyone at happy & at peace in a professional work environment.
