Establishing a plan for GAPs that are found within these assessments and then effectively communicate this to the management staff to ensure we are maintaining the clean, safe , and ready standard to create the Starbucks experience. Our current audit we only had 3 minor violations and 0 criticals. GAPs were communicated with a plan to correct those violations.
