- AAA caters to network access management for wired devices like laptop, phone, printer etc and wireless for both Aruba and Cisco devices. This project team consists of 4 team members supporting Service Delivery and change implementation
- Carried out the following activities:
- Provide support of Incident, Problem and Change Management
- Support incoming tickets including extensive troubleshooting tasks with responsibilities covering multiple products, features and services
- Implement Changes as part of change management and communicate with the stakeholders about each change implementation
- Build splunk dashboard for Operations Team by analyzing the data

BDHS is a feature in Flagscape which was developed to health monitor BOA employees visiting office during covid time. Application support team was spread across USA and India. Support team in India had 3 members with 16 hours of support coverage

- Adviews Database has multiple tables for different advertisement occurrences and their ratings
- Adviews Extracts is an engine that generates customised extraction for any customer. The customized data contains historical competitive advertising activity data across all 210 US markets and 17 media types.
