• Ensure all production applications are operating efficiently using manual and automated testing.
• Schedule the deployment for code changes wanting to be deployed.
• Deploy code changes to staging and production applications using Jenkins.
• Create automated tests to test web site functionality using various testing frameworks such as Cypress,
Playwright, Selenium, and Katalon.
• Use Jira to keep up to date with current issues and move items through the workflow as needed.
• Create and maintain test cases.
• Document work processes and using Confluence.

• Ensure store office functions are completed accurately and on time using accounting packets,
communicating all cash variances to the Customer Service Manager.
• Maintain knowledge of office procedures including cash reports, register checkups, deposits, Western
Union, money orders.
• Maintain proper knowledge of all sales associate register functions and Front-End accounting services.
