I was responsible for managing the organization’s learning technology ecosystem. I supported various training specialists with content support, reporting, and optimizing analytics to improve the learning experience. More specifically, I coded custom xAPI statements for detailed SCORM reporting within eLearning courses.

I primarily worked with clinical educators to develop online courses and professional simulations for clinical training programs. I developed web-based training using front-end development, and used virtual and augmented reality software, such as Unity and Adobe Aero, to build virtual interactions.

I developed efficient design systems to enhance user needs and functionality within products and services. I created user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to increase productivity across multiple business lines.

This role primarily involved front-end development and eLearning course design. I coded interface updates to an Oracle Taleo LMS and creating system training guides.

I conducted training analysis to implement effective learning methodologies for leadership training programs. I also created training content in Lectora, Captivate and facilated virtual courses in Adobe Connect.

I taught evening courses in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as part of SMU’s continuing education program in web design.
