• Manage several projects at one time
• Manage daily scheduling changes for staff
• Provide support for cross functional areas as needed
• Supports additional operational projects that support the overall performance of identified goal areas
• Provides clerical support for designated department: fax, copy, file, type, maintain/order for appropriate departmental inventory
• Answers phone, screen calls, takes message, and forwards to appropriate person
