As a Senior Execution Trading Specialist, I manage lender positions to facilitate the closing of agented and third-party syndicated loan trades. I complete lender KYC using CBOA and build, review, and execute trades for both member and non-member syndicated loan positions. Additionally, I track transaction discrepancies through internal reports, identify lender-related issues, and work to resolve them. I utilize platforms such as Loan IQ, Agora, and Clearpar to ensure accurate and efficient trade execution.

As a Deal Administrator, I played a critical role in analyzing and processing both routine and complex syndicated loan transactions. My responsibilities included reconciling and servicing agented syndicated loan deals, ensuring accurate maintenance of large-scale debt disbursements, and handling collections efficiently. I was entrusted with managing 34 agented deals while maintaining strong internal and external relationships to foster positive business connections.

In this role, I was responsible for:

• Analyzing, processing, and reconciling syndicated loan transactions, including borrowings, paydowns, and monthly/quarterly billing for commercial accounts.
• Reviewing and complying with credit agreements to ensure accurate and timely processing of loan transactions.
• Executing trades for agented and third-party syndicated loan deals.
• Managing high-volume workloads in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong attention to detail and quality.
• Communicating effectively with key stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution of transactions and providing excellent customer service.
• Maintaining a high level of organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines and client expectations.

This role required a keen ability to read, comprehend, and process complex loan agreements, while adapting quickly to shifting priorities and maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
