- I would work here from Mon-Thur after highschool from 5pm-11pm and sometimes 12am depending on how much we had to clean in and out of the kitchen. Management would have me doing a little bit of everything, from working drive-thru to bussing tables and taking out trash. Here I would also learn about customer service, help with each customer's needs and special requests. They would show me leadership skills and friendly interactions as well as how to de-escalate situations if needed.

- Here I was able to learn how to run electrical conduit as well as wiring for refrigerant tank systems and learn the skill to weld. Mostly learning to weld mig and stick welding with little stainless steel tig welding. I was also able to learn how to paint with an industrial paint machine and paint with industrial paint, I was also the one who taught any new comers after I acquired each skill.

- The team here was lively and full of energy, each person pushing each other to do better and be successful. Here I truly learned the skill of leadership and being a salesman. Each one of us would go door to door and put our best enthusiastic and lively voice and face to show confidence and friendliness. We didn't sell anything personally, we would give them information about how our company works and how the solar panels would improve your life and home.

- This place called me back because I already had the experience and skills to work there. They were in need of people and called me to continue the job of those who left. When I first got there I would continue doing electrical rigid conduit work and wiring of each refrigerant tank systems. After a week they promoted me into being a full time stainless steel tig welder and that is what I have been doing every since. Learning the importance of quality and skill in what you do, being accountable, responsible, and a team worker.
