Assigned duties to each employee at the beginning of the shift

Setup lines before shift start load and unload machine and with cartons to run product such as muffins, poundcake, cheesecake, sheet cakes, Leah cakes, biscuits, and croissants

Inspect and measure all finished product to maintain quality products

Move finished product to the freezer to be shipped out to different companies at the end of each shift

Complete and check all paperwork for accuracy before end of shift

• Operated machinery to ensure efficient production processes and maintain quality standards.

• Print off labels for each pallet for reflection of forklift drivers before shipping
