Participating, working, and volunteering at the Oatland Island Wildlife Center in Savannah, GA, was a memorable experience. In addition to volunteering for gardening and grounds maintenance, I was able to participate in some of the festivals and family activities there. I worked as a summer camp science educator for pre-K through fifth grade. I also volunteered with the Georgia Sea Turtle Center and the Avian Conservation Center & Center for Birds of Prey, as well as a private rehabilitation center, transporting and caring for injured turtles and raptors in the Southeast. In addition to these experiences, I enjoy a wide range of leisure activities. My hobbies include hiking, snorkeling, cycling, gardening, cooking, art, music, and volunteering.
I successfully worked up two logos. One was for the non-profit Advocates for Children in NYC. The other was for the Quogue Country Market in LI, NY where I created a logo for their container covers used when customers ordered from the salad deli.
