I am responsible for managing a small team of Chefs and assistant with managing deli/bakery associates. My team upholds food code standards to produce delicious foods for our Harris Teeter customers and associates to enjoy from the hot bars.

I am responsible for ordering needed ingredients, foods, and supplies to meet our needs without creating waste.
I helped with all areas of operation for Jimmy Stubb's, owner. I opened and closed the restaurant as needed. I cooked, cleaned, ran the registers, prepared catering orders and delivered them as needed.
