Last held position for Bojangles' was Unit Director. I operated the store entirely, responsible for: Interviewing, hiring, training, coaching and developing people for success

Preparing delicious foods while upholding food code standards and Bojangles' recipes

Maintaining a clean, safe and organized facility, including exterior property, both front and back of the house interior

Controlled categories to increase profitability such as thoughtful scheduling, ordering foods and supplies to meet needs of the business, produced foods to meet demands of the business while keeping waste at a minimum, reporting issues from our monthly P&L that may need outside attention such as higher than normal utilities bill or banking fees
