Managed day to day operations needed to take older homes and upgrade them including new flooring, cabinets, structure repairs if needed framing new additions, deck and fence work , painting and new bathroom upgrades to put back on the market for resale. on average i would turn 12 homes a year. i was responsible for budgeting costs, ordering necessary material and managing sub contractors.

Assisted company owner with building new decks and fences of all types for the Home Depot corporation. estimating cost, figuring material and day to day construction.

Worked for various companies and private homeowners with new structures, additions, home repairs, closet design, window replacement and various other jobs. figuring costs and design.

Responsible for running framing crews (4) to build new home construction. this is to include managing construction, payroll, insurance, tool and equipment maintenance, fork lift operating, material lists and day to day communications between homeowners and general contractors. prefab and convectional building plans.
