Leadership
- Established, develop and maintain relationships with higher, lateral and Federal organizations: FAA, DON, DAF, ARSOF. To enhance internal capabilities and seamlessly work with organizations that did not fall within the unit’s hierarchy.
- Oversaw the talent acquisition and management of teams ranging in size from 31 to 180 personnel.
- Directly managed four to seven supervisors within those teams. Later focus on mentorship of primary supervisors of smaller teams within larger organizations.
- Developed streamlined procedures and systems to reduce unproductive time spent on requirements that could be transferred to other priorities.
