Mia Shraga

I just graduated with my BSC in nutrition science in December and I am starting a MS in speech therapy through Northeastern University-Charlotte beginning in September 2024. I have always had a great passion for fitness and have wanted to become a fitness instructor as a hobby for a long time! I am available to work the hours needed to be a successful part of the solidcore team. I am also open to working at any of the upcoming and current solidcore locations in Charlotte. I am someone who works very well with others and would love to help others get passionate about their own fitness journey's. I think I would be a good fit for solidcore because I would be willing to put in the work to become a great coach, have the flexibility needed for the job, and am always wanting to be challenged both mentally & physically! I recently completed a few solidcore classes and absolutely fell in love with the workout!
