- Provide executive leadership for a multi-program nonprofit organization delivering emergency shelter, crisis intervention, advocacy, prevention, outreach, and supportive services.
- Key Accomplishments:
- Direct all organizational operations, strategic planning, budgeting, compliance, human resources, risk management, and program oversight.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering 24/7 services across multiple program areas.
- Partner closely with the Board of Directors to establish organizational priorities, policies, and long-term sustainability strategies.
- Oversee federal, state, local, and private grant funding while ensuring compliance with all contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Manage organizational budgeting, financial forecasting, resource allocation, and fiscal stewardship.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives to strengthen organizational effectiveness.
- Build strategic partnerships with government agencies, healthcare systems, law enforcement, educational institutions, and community organizations.
- Represent the organization publicly with funders, elected officials, media representatives, and community stakeholders.
- Lead organizational growth efforts, fundraising initiatives, and resource development strategies.
