I assigned daily tasks to my team and make sure they follow the schedule correctly, since the projects have a close date. I must communicate well with other companies on the construction site as well as the home buyers.
I was responsible for the dogs in my assigned play yard. I had to make sure that there were no conflicts, the dogs had enough water all day, make sure they were fed the right food and at the right time. I also did front desk my last few months at the daycare. While working front desk i was responsible for dispatching the correct dog to the correct owner, printing out the boarding dogs' paper work for the next day, as well as taking cash and card payments and counting the cash at the beginning and end of every shift. When there was down time I kept myself busy by cleaning the shelves, sweeping, mopping, and refilling the dogs' water buckets.
Key holder was part of the management team. I was required to be able to handle running the store on my own, as well as opening and closing the store by myself. I was also responsible for counting the register at the beginning and end of each day. I was also responsible for sending out emails and filling out paper work to send to the regional manager. I worked great under pressure during our peak seasons.
I go in on Wednesday mornings and shadow a plastic surgeon in the operating room.
