I am currently a small business billing specialist and I am a billing rep 2. My job here consists of serving all our small business customers with all their billing concerns and questions. This job includes a multitude of billing related issues. I have over 25 years experience in everything related to billing here and my previous job in the City of Hialeah public works department. In the City of Hialeah i worked as a billing agent attending customers in office for 20 years and I was promoted to supervisor for the same billing department which lasted close to 5 years until i retired.
