  • Created orders from the fish coming off the boats and other fish houses in the harbor and loaded the trucks that were being sent to Boston, Philadelphia, New York, & other areas.
  • Would take monthly inventories of the stock in the freezer.
  • Would ice up boats and made sure the boats got their gas and wrote the tickets for the captains.
